Design/Build of Merrick Engineering’s US Headquarters consisted of a 400,000 square-feet plastic injection mold facility with a 5,000 square-feet office and 2,500 square-feet warehouse break room. The technical aspects of this project were endless, including over 18,000amps of power, multiple bridge cranes, more than 4,000 feet of rail spur, and miles of process piping. This building provides consolidated assets for Merrick Engineering and will drastically increase productivity.
